This is a new exciting national role within Malmaison & Hotel du Vin, covering both brands and 34 hotels across the UK. The base of this role is negotiable but will ideally be from our London Head Office or Central Sales Office in Birmingham.

Reporting into the Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating extra revenue by driving Food & Beverage sales within the brands. You will be working with the Executive and Commercial Teams, as well as General Managers and key HODs within the hotels to drive key F&B actions, supporting the hotel Sales & Marketing Plans and ensuring all avenues are explored to maximize F&B performance for both brands.

You will be bringing your background in Sales & Marketing and your passion for all things food and drink. You will be naturally dynamic and utilize your previous experience in order to take advantage of every possible F&B sale within the brands. Ideally you will have relevant experience within similar high end quality venues and the hospitality sector.

You’ll review and develop special events and private dining programmes (Wine Dinners, Spirit Tasting Evenings, Cocktail Masterclasses, etc) working with the Brand Executive Chefs and F&B system teams, to ensure all offers are implemented and managed correctly, helping to drive local sales initiatives via Social Media and Third Party agents.

From a brand perspective you will explore and develop strategic partnership opportunities and closed user relationships, increasing awareness and broadening our market reach.

Internally you will be engaging with multiple teams within MHDV to grow the brand as a first choice for bars and dining, helping to develop a strategic Sales & Marketing Plan for both brands.

You will be up to date with current F&B trends and be able to adopt an analytical approach to measure and review initiatives.

Malmaison & Hotel du Vin are a collection of 34 boutique hotels, with a strong F&B offering with seasonal a la carte menus, afternoon tea with a MHDV twist and an excellent Sunday lunch.
