Malmasion Hotel Du Vin is a collection of 34 boutique hotels in locations spread across the UK.
 
Working within the Property and Construction team this administrator position will provide full support to the department. You will be responsible for collating and recording all Internal Requests including the authorization and approval process. You will be familiar with SAP or able to quickly learn the system which will be used for preparing detailed purchase orders, logging invoices for approval and managing the audit process. 
 
An eye for detail will be essential and you will need to be a organised individual who is happy working on your own or as part of the wider team. Daily responsibilities will include tasks such as coordinating meetings, assisting in travel arrangements and expense reporting. 
 
This role will play a key part in collating documentation for projects in order to gain board approval and to ensure all documentation is complete ready for internal audit procedures.
 
You will be based from our central London offices although some travel may be required depending on the project work being undertaken. This role would suit a Graduate looking to start their career in a Property Department or an experienced administrator looking for a new and interesting opportunity.
