About the Role
Recruitment Coordinator, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin,
Join the People and Development team as Recruitment Coordinator. Based in our Central office in London you will assist the Head of Recruitment in sourcing the next generation of rising stars.
You will have recruitment experience either from an agency or in-house and ideally some basic HR knowledge. You will have a background from the hospitality sector and at least a basic understanding of a hotel operation.
As Recruitment Coordinator you will be managing the day to day recruitment process, filtering Candidate CV's, posting adverts via our Applicant Tracking System and assisting in the administration of our Apprentice Program.
This role isn't just about the administration of the recruitment journey. You will be liaising with the 35 hotels supporting with Recruitment Events, Job Fairs and sharing best practice with the Hiring Managers on property to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate journey.
Although based in a Central Office there will be an element of lone working. Attention to detail is key as is time management. You will be self motivated and have a drive to complete assigned tasks.
Some travel to the different properties will be required as will some overnight stays. Don't worry though the accommodation is pretty good.
This is a great time to be joining Malmaison and Hotel du Vin as we have 4 new hotels to open over the next 18 months and a number of key projects around engagement and retention to roll out.
