Key Account Manager – Frasers Hospitality UK, London

 

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Key Account Manager with a key focus on developing new business for the London property portfolio.

Frasers Hospitality is the World’s Leading Service Apartment and Hotel Residence. We have 8 properties in the London market across 3 of our award winning brands – Fraser Suites, Frasers Residence and Fraser Place.

We are looking for an innovative and driven account manager who is excellent at building relationships with people and focused on delivering a high level of guest service.

Our Key Account Manager will focus on developing and maximising revenue from existing key accounts whilst working on a proactive strategy to drive additional business into our London properties from both domestic and international markets.

As Key Account Manager you will have worked with various booking channels but will aim to focus on direct and non-commissionable business. You will have at least 5 years’ experience managing multiple accounts as either a National Account Manager or a Key Account Manager.

You will be used to working towards weekly and monthly KPI’s and have previously worked on delivering budgets. Your knowledge of the serviced apartment and hotel industry will be second to none and you will have a deep understanding about the London market.

This role will expose the right candidate to the wider European and Middle East market and long term career opportunities that this exposure may bring.
