About the Role

Key Account Manager, Malmaison Hotel Du Vin, London

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with a key focus on penetrating the existing accounts for a small cluster of properties, developing new corporate transient, group and meeting & event business.

We are looking for an innovative and driven account manager who is excellent at building relationships with people and focused on delivering a high level of guest service.

As Key Account Manager you will have worked with various booking channels but will aim to focus on direct and non-commissionable business. You will have at least 3 years’ experience managing multiple accounts as either a National Account Manager or a Key Account Manager.

You will be used to working towards weekly and monthly KPI’s and have previously worked on delivering budgets. Your knowledge of the serviced apartment and hotel industry will be second to none and you will have a deep understanding about the London market.

This role will expose the right candidate to the wider group and long term career opportunities that this exposure may bring.  Reporting into the National Sales Director there will also be the chance to work alongside the national sales team and assist them in driving group wide revenue.

Some travel is to be expected visiting the properties within the cluster in order to support the hotel teams and ensure the sales plan is living and breathing on property.
