NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Proactive member of the Housekeeping Department, supporting team members in their role.
- Cleaning and servicing of all allocated rooms within the daily task rota in accordance with company standards.
- Overall responsibility for the department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
- Carrying out checks on the rooms which have been cleaned to ensure property standards have been met.
- Knowledgeable in the facilities the property offers to its guests.
- Assist in creating a positive work environment for not only the Housekeeping department but all team members.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember.
