Job title: Food & Drinks Runner, White Lion Pub, Avon Gorge Hotel Du Vin

Rate of Pay £11.95 / 24 Hours per week

Location: Hotel Du Vin Avon Gorge 

We are looking for a friendly, engaging, bubbly and organised individual to work in our White Lion Pub.  This is a key role, in order to ensure the service runs smoothly, this position is a great support for the bar and waiting staff.

You will be keeping the stations restocked, through cleaning, reading the order tickets and placing them onto the ticket minder.  You will be super organised and will track cooking times on all food orders and checking them for plate presentation, appearance and the proper degree of doneness.  Garnishing finished entrees according to the restaurant’s procedures and speciation’s, serving the guests and assisting the team as needed.  All in all to improve the service and dining experience of the guests.
