Perfect for both business and leisure travelers, our accommodations are available for short and long stays.

We’re looking for a Leisure & Groups Sales Manager to build, develop and manage a client base within the leisure and groups market segment that helps to drive revenue and achieve budget. Additionally, you will maximise revenue from existing accounts, and create cross-selling opportunities within the secured client base to the other properties in the UK, EMEA as well as chain wide. 

What you’ll be doing as Leisure Sales Manager

  • Spearhead the growth of the leisure and groups client base and related marketing activities across UK properties, under the direction of the Director of Sales (DOS) UK.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly KPIs, including sales meetings and securing new accounts.
  • Actively source new clients through sales prospecting, networking, cold calling, and other methods to expand the leisure and groups portfolio.
  • Solicit new business from international operators, travel agents, and wholesalers, and identify group business opportunities across the UK portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Reservation and Revenue teams to maximize group bookings and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of new and existing clients, creating account plans and working towards annual revenue targets and budget goals.
  • Represent Frasers Hospitality at sales meetings, in-house events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events, maintaining high personal and professional standards.
  • Handle RFP processes and local contracts, ensuring timely completion, and drive special projects as directed by the DOS UK.
  • Conduct familiarization trips, property show rounds, and maintain strong knowledge of the local area, including competitors, with regular SWOT analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client correspondence in the CRM system, complete monthly reports, and assist in training new and existing Sales Team members. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • You will have demonstrable experience in a Sales capacity, ideally in the leisure and groups market, and in a multi-unit, multi-market environment or hotel environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A proven track record of delivery and have excellent working knowledge of account management and relationship building.
  • Tenacious, passionate, competitive, and committed.
  • Driven, self-motivated and works to exceed targets.
  • Collaborative and enjoys working with a team.
  • Listens, values, and builds on the ideas of others, respecting diverse opinions and characters.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
