What you’ll be doing as a Marketing Executive:

  • Reporting into the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will support with the develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and promotional initiatives, to increase brand awareness and occupancy for Fraser Suites Riyadh.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including brochures, newsletters, social media, and digital channels.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to optimize outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, informing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for events and packages, ensuring high visibility and participation.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and collaborate with the Sales Team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, market research, and ROI for review by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Support lead generation efforts through innovative marketing tactics, database management, and close collaboration with the Sales Team.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor of Science in Administration or Hotel Management degree is beneficial.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to Marketing or Sales would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience within a hotel sales environment in an internationally recognised hotel chain at managerial level within the GCC market.
  • Current/previous responsibility for key accounts and new business generation in premium markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage own and others’ tasks through to conclusion.
  • Ability to lead presentations, conduct effective negotiations and close deals.
  • High proficiency in English language oral and written skills
  • Highly organized, able to coordinate the efforts of others and manage multiple assignments and projects.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS (HIS, Opera) and other industry related software programs would be advantageous.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable to and plans for the demands of a 24x7 hotel environment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain composure at all times.
  • Competent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software packages.
