Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE Up to £34,000 per Annum (Including TRONC) plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 Hours per Week

Two of the most exciting Hotels in Birmingham are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Executive to drive the sales strategy in the city.
Individually these Hotels are a mouth-watering opportunity for a driven, target focused Sales Executive but together they bring amazing opportunities to sell two fabulous hotels to the Birmingham market and beyond.
You will be part of a small proactive sales team with a focus on corporate and group rooms, meetings and events. You will manage and lead the inquiry process, ensure the training and communication within the department and across the Cluster Hotels is implemented with maximum efficiency and develop strong relationships with guests within the hotels.
You will be a self starter, organised and able to prioritize actions whilst managing tasks through to completion.
It goes without saying that excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral are essential as is confidence in presenting to senior decision makers in other businesses.
Working with the Regional Director of Sales you will produce and maintain the Sales and Marketing plans for the Cluster Hotels.
You will need to be analytical, with a strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills. You will have a proven background within a hotel sales environment and ideally know the Birmingham market.
You will be a pro-active individual who is looking for a new challenge and someone understands that this job isn’t working in an office 9-5.
