Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective verbal communication.
- Attention to detail to accurately record guest information, manage reservations, and fulfill special requests.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu items, service procedures, and safety protocols.
- Professionalism and integrity, always maintaining confidentiality and upholding hotel and restaurant standards.
