What you’ll be doing as a Sales Executive:
- Generate new corporate, long-stay, and group business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and travel agencies.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals.
- Update CRM and prepare basic sales reports.
- Support the team with events, VIP arrivals, and promotions.
What we’re looking for:
- Participate in training programs, motivate team members, and support employee growth.
- Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in hotel sales (1–3 years preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, proactive, and target-driven.
- Knowledge of Riyadh market is a plus.
