What’s the role?
As a Receptionist, you’re the first smile our guests see and the last memory they take away. You’ll handle check-ins, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure everything runs smoothly at the front desk. It’s a role for someone who loves people, thrives on variety, and enjoys being the go-to person who makes things happen.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but we’re all about transferable skills
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Attention to detail and strong time management.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
