Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Duty Manager to join the team at Fraser Suites, Abuja. As Duty Manager, you will represent the Management in the absence of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager. The Duty Manager provides leadership and support to all members of the hotel and enforces the Hotels Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, standards, and guest experience.
What you will be doing as Duty Manager:
- Manage and monitor employees to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
- Oversee all hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, handling complaints, problem-solving, and special requests.
- Conduct briefings for all staff during the shift.
- Keep informed of group and VIP arrivals, special requests, and repeat guests.
- Ensure a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
- Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
- Ensure the accurate completion of the daily audit and oversee the preparation of daily summary reports.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross-departmental communication.
