One Devonshire Gardens is a 5 star hotel with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Chefs from this kitchen have progressed in their careers to work in Michelin starred establishments. We offer a seasonally changing A la Carte menu reflecting the best that the local area offers, a 7 course Tasting Menu and an elegant Afternoon Tea all of which ensures your development across all areas of the kitchen.
As Breakfast Chef you will be required to organise and set up the continental breakfast and prepare the cooked breakfasts when ordered. You will be an experienced Chef De Partie having worked in kitchens cooking to a 1 AA Rosette standard or higher and you will be looking for the next step in your career.
You will have the opportunity to move around the different sections of the kitchen in this role as you progress with your career at One Devonshire Gardens. This role is primarily working Monday - Friday, however some weekend work may be required in line with business needs.
