Cluster Assistant Financial Controller – Scotland

Your Role as Cluster Assistant Financial Controller

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the day-to-day financial operations across both properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily banking arrangements and reconciliations.
• Conducting petty cash checks and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
• Supporting the Financial Controller with month-end processes and reporting.
• Collaborating with property teams and Central Offices to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
• Assisting with internal audits and ensuring adherence to company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in finance or accounting, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
